We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, non-use, or failure to complete a course. Payment or access problems If you believe you were charged incorrectly or cannot access a purchased course, email quietstridept@outlook.com with “North of Numbers purchase” in the subject, or submit a request through member support. Include your order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card numbers or sensitive financial documents. We will review the issue and provide any remedy required by law. Refund processing Any refund issued will be processed through the applicable original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. We will explain any effect on course access when resolving your request.
