For privacy questions, access or correction requests, account deletion requests, or complaints, email quietstridept@outlook.com with “North of Numbers privacy” in the subject. This inbox also handles customer support. Do not send passwords, card numbers, a SIN, or financial documents. Information we use When you create an account, our authentication provider handles your email, password and sign-in information. The website stores your account identifier, name and email, course access, purchase status, learning progress and knowledge-check results. If you choose to save a calculator scenario, we store the scenario name and values you submit. Support messages and requests are stored so we can respond. Hosting and authentication services may process technical connection and security information such as IP addresses and request logs. Calculators and payments Anonymous calculator entries are not automatically saved as member scenarios. Saved scenarios are educational examples; use hypothetical values. We do not connect to banks or brokerages. Stripe processes payments and payment details; our website receives order references, amounts, payment status and related refund or dispute notifications. We do not store full card numbers. Why we use information We use information to provide account access, deliver purchased courses, restore progress and saved examples, respond to requests, handle payments and disputes, and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information or use saved calculator values for advertising. Our aggregate analytics count purchases and refunds by day without customer identifiers. With optional analytics consent, calculator, checkup and checkout events are measured without answers or financial inputs. A 30-day cookie remembers the first calculator category visited to count resulting purchases. Withdrawal removes this cookie and stops optional tracking. Google receives cookie identifiers, browser/device information, technical connection information and a limited referring-site address. We do not send account details, calculator values, saved scenarios, URL query parameters or fragments. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. Google may process data outside Canada. Service providers and processing locations The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure and a hosted database. Supabase provides authentication and account email services, Stripe provides payment processing, and Microsoft Outlook handles our support inbox. These providers process information needed for their services. Information may be processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of the countries where it is handled. We do not promise Canada-only storage. Cookies Essential cookies support sign-in and security. Google Analytics does not load before you accept optional analytics. You can accept or reject in the banner and withdraw later through Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future tracking and removes Google Analytics cookies from this site; it does not erase information already sent to Google. We remember your choice for six months and configure analytics cookies for up to six months. Disabling essential cookies may prevent account features from working. Retention and deletion We retain account and learning information to provide your account and purchased access. You can delete individual saved scenarios. To close an account or request deletion, use the account controls or email us. Account closure ends access and removes active learning data; purchase, support, security or dispute records may need to remain for applicable obligations or unresolved matters. Service-provider logs and backups can have separate retention periods; deletion does not mean every backup copy disappears immediately. Contact us for information about a specific record or deletion request. Your choices and complaints You can request access to or correction of your information, ask about its use, or withdraw consent where applicable. We may need to verify your identity using information appropriate to the request. Some information is necessary to provide an account or resolve a transaction. We will explain applicable limits when responding. Changes We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice or seek consent where required. Conversion measurement — September 19, 2026 With optional analytics consent, a first-party cookie remembers the first public landing page, campaign labels and first calculator category for 30 days. These labels can be attached to an order to report which sources and tools lead to sales. We do not collect calculator values, Checkup answers, search terms, email addresses or full URL parameters for analytics. Verified purchase reports use product, a random order reference, amount and currency. Google Analytics receives these purchase fields only with consent and after payment verification. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization remain disabled. Declining analytics stops optional tracking; withdrawing consent also removes the attribution and Google Analytics cookies on this site. Existing order records are retained separately for payment and business records. Optional attribution cookies do not identify a customer across devices.
