CANADIAN MONEY EDUCATION
Good questions. Clear answers.
About the courses, the tools and what this platform does.
Is this personal financial advice?
No. Lessons explain general concepts and tools compare hypothetical scenarios. They do not assess suitability, select investments or determine lending approval.
Do I need any experience?
No. Financial Literacy 101 starts with everyday concepts. Investing 101 introduces the language and mechanics of investing without stock tips.
Is there a subscription?
No. All purchases are one-time CAD payments. See the pricing page for current administrator-controlled introductory prices. No recurring charges, automatic upgrades or payment-required free trials.
How long can I access my courses?
Your one-time purchase includes ongoing access to the purchased courses while this website operates, with no fixed expiry date or renewal fee.
How do the courses work?
Read short written lessons, explore interactive examples and repeat knowledge checks as often as you like. Signed-in learners can save progress and resume inside the website.
Are the calculators a financial plan?
No. They use deterministic formulas and the assumptions entered. They exclude circumstances and costs not modelled, and cannot predict returns or determine qualification.
Will I receive a qualification?
A completion badge says “Course completed.” It is not a professional certification and does not qualify anyone to give financial advice.
Can I save or delete scenarios?
Signed-in members can save hypothetical scenarios and delete them from My learning. Anonymous calculations stay in the current page and are not saved automatically.
Can I get a refund?
All sales final, except where a refund is required by law. No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.
Do you connect to financial accounts?
No. This platform does not connect to banks or brokerages, execute investments or manage money. Never provide account credentials, a SIN or financial documents.
Will information change?
Yes. Time-sensitive teaching rules display their source, effective date and review date. Actual contribution room and eligibility need official records and the relevant program’s rules.
